i found the hotel to be a modern, very clean place. the pools were amazing. the beds were very comfortable and i enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival.

i found no immediate parking upon arrival. there was a large hill to climb to reach reception. i had to brave traffic to get out.

The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The food selection was AMAZING!!! There were many delicious choices available every morning. I particularly appreciated the attentiveness and helpfulness of Ali. He. The customer service was awesome. I felt genuinely valued as a guest .

The bathroom had a very slight smell, a bit unpleasant at times, but it was nothing major.

the room was a beautiful room pool access and it was nearby the pool. that was good. i also liked that the food at the restaurant was good and at a reasonable price. it was what i expected. also breakfast was very tasty. there were a lot of options to chose.

i got a room next to a water treatment facility, so sometimes it smelled terrible. the noise was constant too, it was too much. the soundproofing in the rooms are very poor. i reminded me of i was living in the same space with my neighbors. that was annoying.
